Pet Policy
Admission Conditions
- The basic condition for accepting a pet is to notify us about the Guest's arrival with a pet at the time of reservation. This is necessary because we try to keep cottages where pets have never stayed for people with allergies.
- Only domestic animals are allowed to stay at the Gród Księcia Resort. The Resort particularly reserves the right to refuse admission of animals commonly considered dangerous or aggressive, including: reptiles, arachnids, and dogs (Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of April 28, 2003, on the list of dog breeds considered aggressive).
- If we are not informed about pets accompanying Guests, we may not be able to provide a vacant cottage and may not approve the pet's stay.
- In case of failure to report a stay with a pet, the owner may refuse accommodation and deposit refund.
- The pet's stay is conditional on having its health book with current vaccinations and deworming certification.
- Out of concern for the safety of our Guests and other animals staying at the resort, we do not accept breeds considered aggressive, or animals that are aggressive toward other animals and people.
- For safety reasons, throughout the entire resort, the animal must have a leash, collar, muzzle, cage - depending on the species of the animal.
- In particular, it is forbidden to bring animals to the swimming pool and its entire area, including sun loungers, the playground, and the sports field.
Fee
- The fee for a pet's stay is 30 PLN per day.
Hygiene and Cleanliness
- The pet owner is responsible for cleanliness after it - in the cottage, common areas, as well as throughout the entire resort. Please clean up after your pet.
- Please do not allow dogs on beds, sofas, and armchairs.
- Cat owners must have their own litter box with sand.
Noise and Disturbance
- An animal staying at the resort must not disturb other Guests staying on the premises. Please make sure that your pet does not make noise, especially at night.
- In case of repeated complaints from other Guests, we reserve the right to remove the animal from the premises at the owner's expense.
- If the Resort staff has reasonable suspicion that an animal left in the room disturbs the stay of other guests, damages Resort property, or may cause a dangerous situation for itself or other guests, the Resort staff will try to contact the owner to resolve the problem. When contact is impossible, the Resort reserves the possibility for staff to enter the guest's cottage, possibly with the assistance of appropriate services, and remove the animal from the locked cottage. All costs resulting from these activities are covered by the animal's owner.
Responsibility
- The pet owner is responsible for any damage and contamination caused by their pet and is obliged to cover the costs of any damage.
- All damage to the resort's property or the property of other guests caused by animals will be evaluated by authorized resort staff, and the costs will be charged to the animal owners.
- The animal must remain supervised throughout the stay at the resort.
- Dogs must be walked on a leash, under the care of the owner or an authorized person.
